When a little less country look is desired than our Lofted Barn the A Frame design fits perfectly in subdivisions and City locations. The A Frame has a clean classic look and fits well into a host of applications such as commercial storage, restaurants, institutional, as well as home environments.
When a more modern design is required try our SIngle Slope Studio. This HIGHLY customizable building is perfect as a storage shed, pool house, workspace, or home. ANY size or options are possible! Some ideas include: insulated windows, transom windows, prehung doors, sliding doors, or french doors.
Classic storage shed design built with modern materials for longer durability. Mini Barns provide the basic storage needs for a small footprint and a small price. The four foot wide door on an 8 ft wide model is perfect to store a push mower, yard tools, and bikes with room to spare.
Still looking for a small footprint but need a wider door? The Mini Barn High Peak is the answer. The 5 ft wide double door on the 8x12 and 8x16 models is perfect to store a mower with a 48”-54” deck while keeping your investment to a minimum. Still room for tools and bikes too!
When a light duty storage option is desired at a low cost our Economy Shed is the answer. Still built with outstanding workmanship and quality materials the design is just dialed back a bit from our heavier duty buildings. The structure is constructed using 2x4 studs and roof rafters two feet on center.

Permits vary by municipality and are the responsibility of purchaser. As our structures are pre built most municipalities only require a shed/zoning permit if anything at all.

A flat, level surface is all we need. Some homeowners prefer to put down stone underneath the building but it is NOT necessary.
