Delivery and set up are FREE within 50 miles of our lots. Delivery over 50 miles is calculated based on expenses of the move and will be provided by dealer at time of sale.

Permits vary by municipality and are the responsibility of purchaser. As our structures are prebuilt most municipalities only require a shed/zoning permit if anything at all.

A flat, level surface is all we need. Some homeowners prefer to put down stone underneath the building, but it is NOT necessary.

We have a couple of ways to set your building in place including small shed movers for tighter spaces

It is preferable to have a foot wider than the building between stationary objects: house, fence, trees…..

Yes, our buildings are designed to last decades and can be moved to another location.

We will move buildings built by us on a case by case basis. We do NOT move sheds built by other companies as we have no way of knowing if their construction can handle the move.

Yes, we do offer a NO Credit Check Rent to Own

Sure, on a direct purchase you can do anything you want-its your building! Please note however that any modification to our shed may VOID any warranties.
